After the climb in the Cessna Caravan to 4300 meters, your tandem action program begins with the exit position. Here you sit firmly connected to your tandem master in the side door of the aircraft and assume your take-off position before your tandem pilot plunges into the depths with you. After a minute of freefall, the parachute is opened at an altitude of 1500 m and you can enjoy the quiet canopy ride, still in the adrenaline rush of course.
This takes approx. 5-8 minutes. Your tandem master will drive you safely back to the airfield on an open parachute while you can admire the breathtaking scenery. Take a bird’s eye view of Wels and be amazed when the Austrian Alps stretch out in front of you in the south. A beautiful sight that you should enjoy until you have to prepare and concentrate on your landing position.
